Sir Alex Ferguson 25 Years Story | League 2007-2008

League 2007/08

Last-day drama never gets boring, particularly when United are involved.

In one of the closest seasons since the inception of the Barclays Premier League, it all came down to the final weekend: United at Wigan, Chelsea at home to Bolton.

After Cristiano Ronaldo had put the Reds ahead from the penalty spot it was, fittingly, Ryan Giggs who sealed the points and the title with a cool finish in front of the travelling United fans.

That capped a thrilling season in which Sir Alex’s men reaped the rewards for adopting a brand of stylish, attacking football, spearheaded by superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

We hope you enjoy re-living all the best moments in our free video above.
